These qualifications are then utilized to select a match within our pool of resources. When a resource is placed within your organization we will continue to keep all channels of communication open to ensure they are exceeding all expectations. If the resource does not meet your specifications or if the project later exceeds the skill set of the resource we will find the necessary replacement.
