Sponsorship Program

If you are uncertain with immediately bringing on a full-time employee we host a program that initially brings the resource on as a consultant for a predetermined amount of time, usually 3 to 6 months. After this trail period you can determine if this resource is a good fit and make a final decision.

Previous Consultant Hiring Program

MCG sponsors a unique program that identifies temporary consultants who request more stability in a full-time position. This allows our clients an opportunity to hire one of our consultants that have previously worked with them.
